Happy Canyon Area Neighbors:
Do you have a bike sitting in your garage you don’t use? Has your child outgrown their old bike?
Now through December 31, 2018, Cherry Point Properties will be collecting bicycles for donation to the Bikes Together program or the Lucky Bikes Re-Cyclery.
Each organization utilizes donations to provide affordable bikes to those in need as well as provide programming and education around cycling. (see links below) If you have a bike to donate, call, text or email before December 31st and we will arrange to pick it up and deliver it to Bikes Together or Lucky Bikes Re-Cyclery. Last year we collected 26 bikes!
Each organization will refurbish and rebuild those bikes that are rideable for use in their programs and recycle parts from those bikes that have lived beyond their useful life. It doesn’t matter if the bike is old, new or a bit rusty, just call, email or text and we will take care of the rest!
