Tony’s will be one of a number of complementary businesses inside Happy Canyon, a 42,000-square-foot food hall that includes a 13,000-square-foot wine and liquor store. There also will be a bakery, a bar, a florist and other shops. The concept is similar to collaborative shopping centers such as The Source, Denver Central Market and Stanley Marketplace.
