Where would I buy investment property – II

Old Englewood.  Anchored by three hospitals, two actual downtown-like corridors (South Broadway and Old Hampden) lots of density, Light Rail not too far and value anchored by Denver and Cherry Hills. Lots of relatively affordable homes on relatively large lots (and some huge lots hiding around west of Broadway).  For fun there’s the Gothic, Cochino Taco or Moe’s to name just a few.  When the fancy taco shops start showing up, take notice….

(Anyone notice a theme to my neighborhood picks?)
