CU Hospital Site Sold to Continum

This is good news – local developer with a good reputation and a successful track record.  Just what this high profile infill development site needs:

University of Colorado’s former Health Sciences Center at 9th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard has been sold for $30 million to Continuum Partners, a Denver-based developer instrumental in the development of Denver Union Station and Belmar in Lakewood.

The selection of Continuum to redevelop the nearly 26-acre project was hailed Thursday by urban planners and civic leaders.
