A mixed bag on the job front:
According to an article in the Denver Business Journal, the Colroado Department of Labor is reporting that Colorado’s unemployment rate edged up as the employment survey indicated 10,752 fewer people were employed in July vs. June. On the flip side – there were 4,500 payroll jobs added last month, which is the most jobs added since February.
Closer to home, 40 – 60 new jobs are in process on the Highpointe project at Hampden and I-25.
