I-25 and Hampden to be redeveloped

Good News for Cherry Point! – Looks like a new retail development will be coming to the northeast corner of I-25 and Hampden – site of the former Four Point Sheraton hotel.  Plans include a restaurant with a rooftop bar.
I have always thougth the I-25/Hampden location has some of the best views in Denver – the Wahoos on the south side of Hampden is a great spot for beers and evening sunsets!

Money Quote from Developer:

“With the traffic, visibility and the proximity to Cherry Creek and the Tech Center, it’s a great site.”

Same could be said for Cherry Point!
